BEVERLEY-JANE STEWART FEATURE ARTIST AT THE RAMADAN LIGHTS 2026
Ramadan Lights London 2026 has launched the capital’s first interfaith art exhibition. Created by The Aziz Foundation, Shared Light will take place during Ramadan at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus. Running from 13 February to 22 March 2026, it will celebrate different faiths.
Ramadan Lights London was the first Ramadan lights installation in Western Europe. Each year, it aims to bring celebration to Coventry Street in the West End. Shared Light marks a new chapter in the Foundation’s cultural work. Designed around the concept of calm amidst chaos, the space offers a rare moment of stillness at the heart of the city.
I am honoured to be represented as a Jewish artist. My message revolves respect in the public space. As a Jew, i understand the bonding of communities, religious traditions and evolving history which creates their identity. But in the public space, we have to share the same pavements, streets, parks and hospitals ect. Shared Light - the theme of this Ramadan Festival is about respecting diversity and embracing it.
